Reporting to the Senior Exhibitions Manager, the job-holder will lead a team of staff in developing the customer interface systems and implementing new marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- To collect timely market intelligence and conduct statistical analysis to facilitate event planning
- To exercise budgetary control for individual projects and prepare financial reports
- To take charge of operational duties including liaison with service vendors, cooperation with venue operators, setting up venue decor, etc for all their exhibitions in Hong Kong
- To oversee the appointment and supervision of event services suppliers
- To revamp the data management IT system to enhance its efficiency and user-friendliness
- To upgrade trade fair facilities and services through the use of new technology
Requirements:
- A university degree with a minimum of 10 yearsˇ¦ relevant experience, of which at least 4 years at supervisory level, in project planning or sales and marketing management including establishing performance measures or developing business
- Knowledge in financial management and IT systems is an added advantage
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- A team player with strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Able to initiate action, give direction and take responsibility

The incumbent will provide HR services and support to designated departments on recruitment and selection, employee relations, staff retention, performance management, as well as policy and procedure administration.
