The position plays an important role in developing the people with the competent and motivation to drive for business performance. Responsibilities

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and motivating the B2B Sales Team for office and customer care to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Define sales budget and targets with the commercial manager, translate them into targets and action plans for the sales force, and provide guidance to the sales force and closely monitor and improve their performance.
- Supervise the sales force in proposing and following up on promotions, trade fairs and any other specific actions that help achieve sales targets, and at the same time ensure the compliance with the internationally defined the company sales process, B2B sales and trade terms.

Requirements:
- University graduate with at least 8 years' broad commercial experience

- Good financial knowledge
- A team player with excellent people management and leadership skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills

- Proficiency in MS Office

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and managing various online marketing projects including website development and maintenance, online sales funnel optimization and CMS development
- Communicate with various parties including web designers, country managers and team-mates across the globe and IT development team in Shanghai

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experiences in online marketing preferably with China exposure
- Bachelor Degree or above in Business Administration (Information System), Marketing or e-business
- Excellent English communication skills and ability in speaking Mandarin will be an advantage
- Excellent project management skills
- Good understanding of interactive technology
- Passionate, pro-active, energetic, with can-do attitude, self-motivated, independent, sales and marketing oriented
- Eager to learn and innovative mind
