| Job Description |
The position plays an important role in developing the people with the competent and motivation to drive for business performance. Specifically, you will be involved in implementing training initiatives, training needs analysis, designing and delivering all aspects of training programs as well as organization effectiveness program.
Responsibilities
-Identify training and development needs in the company
-Independently design, conduct and implement training programs in various management and leadership topics
-Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and conduct follow-up activities
-Responsible for training projects management, coordination and cost control
-Assist in ad-hoc HR project
Requirements:
-A genuine passion in developing people
-Strong communication, interpersonal, prioritizing and analytical skills
-Mature, organized, attentive to details and with excellent presentation and facilitations skills
-A Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline
-Minimum four years of working experience in training and organizational development, preferably in sizable companies.
-Proficient in spoken & written English & Chinese
-Good at PowerPoint, Words & Excel
