Responsibilities:
- Plan and direct the manufacturing and support services
- Ensure operations alignment with business team and customer
- Maintain plant running at planned productivity level
- Drive continuous cost reduction program
- Timely review and manage the team to achieve total customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electronics, Manufacturing engineering or related disciplines
- Over 10 years of production/operations experience in EMS plant
- Possess control knowledge in plant layout, process design & line setup, failure analysis, workflow and testing instruction document.
- Responsive, well-organized and good analytical thinking
- Strong leadership and result-oriented
- A team player with good interpersonal skill
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Willing to station in China
