Duties :
· Lead a team of Telesales Executives to achieve sales target
· Monitor the performance of team members through proper motivation and coaching
Requirements :
- Form 5 graduate, with at least 5 years of experience in telesales service
- Post-Secondary graduate is an advantage
- Good supervisory experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working knowledge on MS Excel & MS Word
- Fluent in Cantonese and good in English
