| Job Description |
Responsibilities:
-Define and implement quality strategies, standards, systems, policies and procedures for EMS business and its functions.
-Maintain and enhance strategic direction for the design and implementation of quality systems within the business and its brands
-Act as a key interface between global customers and our oversea offices to ensure quality objectives are prioritized, effective plans are implemented and continuous improvement targets are established, measured and achieved.
-Establish and reinforce a ˇ§total qualityˇ¨ requirement throughout the company.
Requirements:
-Degree holder in Engineering or Science, MBA is preferred.
-At least 15 years quality assurance experience obtained from electronic manufacturing industry.
-Sound experience in change management.
-Solid knowledge in ISO, QS9000 & 6 sigma management is a must.
-Excellent quality assurance and control problem solving techniques with solid experience in supplier quality management.
-A good leader and team player with excellent skills in employee development and management.
-Daily commute to Shenzhen is required.
