Our client is a leading food manufacturer providing complete range of food products to meet the needs and tastes of people. They are seeking a Training Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the deployment of several training modules through effectively animating the global and local training programs in Cantonese and English.
- Plan, deploy, coordinate, facilitate, evaluate and provide feedbacks on these training programs taking into account the different business needs and constraints in the local market and stimulate the transfer of new skills and knowledge into the company work environment.
Requirements:
- University graduate with at least 6 years' training and facilitation experience gained from sizable company(ies)
- Certified trainer preferred
- Managerial experience and experience in the luxury industry or high-end product category an advantage
- Excellent knowledge in presentation techniques, training/learning tools and methods
- Excellent communication and language skills, fluency in Cantonese and English
- Business oriented, analytical, good customer service and selling skills
- Good problem solving, organizing and administrative skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to travel occasionally
