| Job Description |
Responsibilities:
-Assist the Channel & Category Sales Development Manager in formulating channel strategies based on the Grocery Business Unit's objectives, marketing plans, channel characteristics, shopper insights, customer needs, etc.
-Assist in category review with key customers, analyze customers' profitability and various market information, coordinate new product launches and conduct trade promotion evaluations.
-Responsible for proposing planograms and pricing strategies and supporting your manager and the Grocery Business Unit in achieving company's targets.
Requirements:
-University graduate with at least 2 years' experience in the FMCG sector, preferably in trade marketing or sales capacity
-Analytical, confident, dynamic, open-minded, proactive, self-motivated, reliable and result-oriented
-Knowledge in FMCG and multi-channel retail structure
-Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
-A team player with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
-Knowledge in SPACEMAN
