| Job Description |
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries and issues from Clients via telephone and written correspondence (incl. emails, faxes and letters)
- Handle face-to-face meetings with Clients
- Handle transaction requests from pension scheme members
- Follow-up with Clients on inquiries, outstanding issues and not-in-good-order transactions, etc.
- Conduct internal morning briefings
- Cross-sell company's products (incl. preserved accounts, FVC and retail funds) to Clients
- Make appropriate recommendations for continuous workflow improvements
- Participate in adhoc projects assigned by management from time to time
Requirements:
- University degree, preferably under Finance or Business disciplines
- Preferably 2 years of customer service experience in the financial industry
- Acquired PASS in the MPF Intermediaries Examinations or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- SFC registration or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint
- Team player
