| Job Description |
- Solicitor qualified in HKSAR with more than 3 years of post qualification experience gained in major law firms or listed companies (package to commensurate with experience)
- Proven knowledge and skills in handling leasing matters and general commercial works (including drafting, reviewing and negotiating for share sale agreements, joint venture agreements and corporate finance documents etc.)
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Steady performance even under pressure and tight time constraints
