| Job Description |
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading and motivating the B2B Sales Team for office and customer care to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Define sales budget and targets with the commercial manager, translate them into targets and action plans for the sales force, and provide guidance to the sales force and closely monitor and improve their performance.
- Supervise the sales force in proposing and following up on promotions, trade fairs and any other specific actions that help achieve sales targets, and at the same time ensure the compliance with the internationally defined the company sales process, B2B sales and trade terms.
- Monitor and analyze sales reports, manage all key accounts' activities and participate in regional sales projects and any other ad hoc sales activities when needed.
Requirements:
- University graduate with at least 8 years' broad commercial experience
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar position in a B2B (direct sales) environment for high-end products plus at least 1.5 years in managing sales force in multinational company(ies)
- Good financial knowledge
- A team player with excellent people management and leadership skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent project management, planning, organizing and controlling skills
- Analytical, open-minded, strong ethics, business and customer-oriented
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Holder of valid Hong Kong driver's license
