Position Administrative Assistant
Client

Our client is a well-established organization promoting Hong Kong's external trade who is now looking for an Administrative Assistant, Exhibitions Department.

Job Description

Responsibilities:


- To liaise and coordinate the logistical arrangement for special events such as opening ceremonies, seminars, gala evenings and entertainment programmes
- To provide secretarial support for Fair Organising Committee, Working Committee and Task Force Meetings
- To perform secretarial/administrative duties for M/M(1) and her team
- To undertake on-site assistance whenever required


Requirements:


- Minimum 5 years' working experience
- Good command of spoken and written Englsih and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
- Proficient in MS applications including PowerPoint
- Proactive, well-organised and detail-minded, able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, tactful in dealing with all levels of people
- Flexible and a good team player with strong coordination skill
- Willing to work overtime and occasionally on public holidays
